Bob Weber, President
The replacement of a control system, on an otherwise mechanically-sound piece of industrial equipment, machine tool, or specialty manufacturing and process equipment, is defined as a control system retrofit. Cost justification for a retrofit is realized in a) productivity gains via automation, b) increased production efficiency and reduced maintenance down-time, and c) reduced expenditures for maintenance parts and services that result from continued use of obsolete control system components.
Projects are developed either on-site or at our shop. We stand behind all of our work and are available following project completion.
Proprietary hardware manufacturers provide Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) hardware and software solutions. RG Weber Control Systems, Inc. has also earned VAR (Value Added Reseller) status with Invensys Eurotherm.
We continually monitor the control systems market and technological developments (e.g., telecommunication to remotely modify and / or troubleshoot customers' control systems) so that we can recommend technical solutions that best match our customers' desire to make their equipment and processes operate at maximum efficiency and minimum cost.
