Prior to founding RG Weber Control Systems, Inc. in 1993, Bob spent ten years in the service and integration of industrial automation. As owner / president of R.G. Weber Controls Systems, Inc., Bob guides the company in its growth and development. Experienced in all aspects of system integration projects, Bob is directly involved in the various phases from quoting to commissioning and training on a daily basis. Under Bob's direction, company personnel have completed extensive training with hardware and software manufacturers leading to authorization of RG Weber Control Systems, Inc. as preferred systems integrators for their systems.
Joe has been with RG Weber Control Systems, Inc. for over fifteen years, initially assisting on system integration projects and subsequently advancing to the position of vice president. His versatility in all phases of the integration process allows him to move seamlessly from sales to production, drafting, and programming, and his responsibilities also include installation, startup, and training. Joe has earned the Baldor - Motion Integrator certificate of achievement.

After starting with RG Weber Control Systems, Inc. in 2007 to help with drafting and minor fabrication, Greg has expanded his abilities to include system design, drafting, PLC/HMI programming, system fabrication, installation, startup, troubleshooting, and training. His years of experience have allowed him to take jobs from the point of initial contact to completion. Greg continues to develop new skills and knowledge on the latest technology. In his free time, Greg enjoys inline hocky, playing sports, and spending time with his family.
As a recent Missouri University of Science & Technology graduate, Greg Woods joined RG Weber Control Systems in February, 2012 with a B.S. in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering. He is 24 years old and lives independently with his favorite bearded dragon. Greg loves his St. Louis sports teams (especially the Blues), and he will jump on any opportunity to watch them play. Despite his love for watching sports, you won't often find him far from the computers that he's been attached to since he was a child. Greg is always determined to learn more about what he loves, and he always strives to excel in everything he can.

She is a charter and active member, and sits on the board of the St. Louis Metro Singers ~ and rings handbells when opportunities arise!
